lern2 weapon swap

Vamp on main, sundering for spiking (axe and hammer), Zealous for moar Frenzy, and elemental for wailing on other warriors - switch to whatever weapon you need at any given time.

If you're only gonna have one weapon though, Vamp for sure for PvE. Sundering gets pretty laughable as base damage and critical chance starts to fall against higher-levelled and better armoured opponents, vamp is constant damage and will outdamage sundering in PvE.

Just press F2 to switch to that longbow you are carrying out of battle.

(if you want it easy, buy 3 amulets of the mists, kick Shiro's ass and get one each of the warrior weapons)

as a 'highly' seasoned warrior, you should be fighting on vamp, running idle on elemental/sundering, and for zealous, well, personally i'm just not a fan of it. :\ my energy management if quite perfect since things always just die when i play. ^^

on a side note, you cuss a lot

Swords: Vampiric, elemental and zealous. Sundering is moronic on swords
Axes: Elemental, vampiric, sundering and zealous
Hammer: Elemental, vampiric and sundering

please try to stay on-topic without turning every warrior thread (and others) into a debate wether to tank or not.

suggest weapon mods, give reasons, be done with it.

/agree learn when each mod is most beneficial though also. That is perhaps more important than just having them. Long/Flatbow for pulling should also be considered standard equipment in PvE.
Notice that only 2 mods are in every listing. Vampiric and Elemental.
Vampiric = constant bonus DPS, the best ingame w/o using skills imo.
Elemental = vs high physical armor opponents(Warriors)
Sundering = Just hoping to get a crit a little more damage
Zealous = if you are hitting more than once every 3 seconds you are gaining energy, if less....
I have too many weapons for my warrior and even have some that are mostly useless. Like a Zealous hammer that is only ever used when I do an EarthShaker,Whirlwind,Crude aoe kd spam. Can't think of any other time I would EVER use that otherwise but meh, know your enemy, and know your limitations.

I use a zealous hammer on my Bunny Thumper Ranger when I have Weapon Of Fury on me, that allows me to constantly keep RaO up but yeah, I wouldn't use a zealous hammer otherwise

I usually find Furious > Sundering as the bonus damage from sundering is usually quite pathetic. Furious can also allow (depending on your build) an adrenaline skill in the nick of time, eg if it triggers on d-slash all your a-skills are recharged.

But I usually only pop out my furious when im blinded & facing a non-warrior, because making a hit is low (so vamp/zealous is not helping) and it atleast gives a bonus that is better then an elemental mod.

With my weapons, i have of each:

1 Zealous Axe/Sword/Hammer
1 Vampiric Axe/Sword/Hammer
1 Icy Axe/Sword/Hammer
1 Furious Axe/Sword/Hammer

Or you can just run a 15/-1 dual set for DP sig/wanding for adrenaline instead of a furious which won't be of any use..
